“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in agreement with the Minister for Public Administration, has designated the National School of Administration (SNA) as the ‘operational arm’ for training senior executives in Africa, in line with the Mattei Plan. The framework agreement for this initiative has just been signed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, the Department of Public Administration, and the National School of Administration.”

This was stated by Paola Severino, President of SNA, in an interview with Il Sole 24 Ore, announcing the launch of the so-called “Africa Project.”

The training courses will focus on “managerial skills and leadership development, strengthening regulation, simplifying and digitizing public services, and developing new skills in critical areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence,” President Severino concluded.
