Effectiveness of the initiatives: Preparation of the AICS-DGCS plan for the effectiveness of actions, contemplated by art. 2, section 3 of the Agency’s Articles of Association, is a valid tool to facilitate implementation of the 4 principles of effectiveness (ownership of the priorities of development by the partner countries; management based on results, inclusive partnerships; transparency and mutual accountability) and the recommendations formulated by the OECD-DAC in a peer-reviewed setting, to which we add a focus linked to the humanitarian crises and situations of fragility, and the guiding principle of Leave no one behind.
