Strengthening the focus on poverty and inequalities in development co-operation is the aim of the OECD Guidance on Reducing Poverty and Inequalities through Development Co-operation, published by the OECD.

The Guidance offers practical approaches to integrating these objectives into strategic planning, resource allocation, partnership building, and monitoring and evaluation activities.

A dedicated section examines the role of civil society organisations as agents of change for inclusive development. The section was developed with direct input from civil society organisations and the OECD DAC Community of Practice on Civil Society.

The publication is available on the OECD website.
