The project of the ACOV-UVD cooperative, which is 95% completed, includes 40 apartments distributed in three four-storey buildings, three commercial premises for business families, a multifunctional hall, a green area, a drinking water system and a cistern . The apartments have an estimated commercial value of $60,000, families will pay between 30% and 50% of the amount based on their income.
