The involvement of women in AICS projects in Lebanon and Syria
AICS Beirut carried out a 16-day activism campaign against violence against women with the telling of some stories of violence that often led women victims to prison. The main partners of the Italian Cooperation are the Italian CSOs present in the territory, the specialized agencies of the United Nations and other international bodies, such as CIHEAM.
Activate Nairobi: Activism against Gender Violence
The Activate campaign proved to be an impactful effort, successfully achieving its goal of raising awareness about the fight against GBV and supporting equal rights.
