AICS Kyiv has launched a call for expressions of interest from non-profit Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) interested in being selected as consortium partners for the preparation and possible implementation of a proposal under the European Union’s CERV – Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme, Call CERV-2026-DAPHNE – Priority 1: “Supporting intermediary organisations working in the fields of gender-based violence and violence against children”.
The initiative under consideration aims to strengthen the technical capacity and organisational sustainability of grassroots and women-led CSOs working in Moldova in the fields of gender-based violence (GBV) and violence against women (VAW).
The proposed intervention combines a regranting mechanism with a longer-term capacity-strengthening programme through mentoring, coaching, peer learning and networking activities.
The planned duration of the initiative is 36 months, with a requested EU grant of between EUR 1 million and EUR 2.5 million.
Eligible applicants are non-profit CSOs legally established in Moldova, in an EU Member State or in another country eligible under the CERV Programme.
Organisations must have at least three years of recent experience in the fields of gender-based violence/violence against women and/or CSO capacity building, as well as previous experience in implementing projects funded by the European Union.
Two organisational profiles are sought:
- Profile 1: international organisations with networks in the European Union;
- Profile 2: Civil Society Organisations registered in Moldova.
Interested organisations must submit, by 5 October 2026 at 10:00 (Kyiv time), Annex B and the required supporting documents to segreteria.chisinau@aics.gov.it, using the following subject line: “Expression of Interest – CERV-2026-DAPHNE – Priority 1_[acronym]”.
